A few examples: Introduce the Help Guide to Parents: Demonstrate how the Help Guide can help parents assist their children in using technology at school and at home. Making Every Student an Expert: Create small “skill expert” groups and ask each member to use the Help Guide to learn a specific skill and teach it to other students. Model Practical Technology Skills: Show the Help Guide at a department or faculty meeting to help your colleagues see how easily they can learn new technology skills.

This expertise gives ELL students status among their peers for their specialized knowledge and promotes integration into the classroom culture. Differentiated Instruction: All learners can see specific skills modeled and investigate other skills according to their needs and interests.
