14.  MCRC seeks partnerships with organizations in Kingston, in the local region, across Canada or trans national organizations that can form a relationship with the MCRC and provide services or offers to our members that they would not otherwise have access to.

21.  FAILURE TO RETURN= phone call, email and/or letter from the MCRC  Followed by: borrowing privileges suspension, charged the cost of replacing the item (which may also include shipping costs and/or administrative costs).  FAILURE TO PAY= fee applied to Queen's account.

30.  MCRC is in the process of developing a new service: the rental of sound and lighting equipment to interested parties (ex. clubs and faculty societies)
