The Steps Needed in order to Eliminate Blue bulls
As per Wild Life Act-1972 Blue Bull is under Schedule-3 Sl. No.-14 Clause-61. Government of India, may change the Act & include Blue Bull in Schedule-5 of the same Wild Life Act-1972 for their effective control.

27. Strategy
The M.S.P. should be linked with current market price of pulses.
Promotion of line sowing of Pulses through use of Seed Drill. Seed Drill district targets should be enhanced.
Encouraging the balanced use of fertilizers as per soil test.
Popularization for use of Gypsum and Micronutrients as nutrition supplement for Sulphur, Zinc, Iron, Copper & Boron.
Extension of Pulse area during Zaid through intercropping with Sugar Cane/Cotton.
Promote intercropping of Urd/Moong with Millets specially in Jowar & Bajra and kharif Arhar.
Disease control through cent-percent seed treatment.
Pest control through use of NPV, P.P. Chemicals.
