Purchase gift cards at face value from over 400 nationwide merchants and 2 local – Sinclairs & Hansens Each merchants designates their own discount percentage ranging from 1.5% to 15%. The discount amount translates to profit for the PAC! $100 Sinclairs gift card at 6% = $6.00 PAC Profit
