8. Sight reading GOALS.. Don’t stop! Look for chunks and repeated sections Rhythm first...notes if you can! Check for scales or arpeggios.

9. What is this? One box yellow cake mix. Follow directions and bake in a 13x9 pan or 2 round cake pans. Allow to cool. If you baked it in one layer, slice it in half. Cream together ½ cup butter, ½ cup Crisco, 1 cup sugar. Heat 1 cup milk and 5 Tbs. flour, stirring constantly until it thickens. Let it cool, and mix it into the shortening/sugar mix. Spread the filling between the layers of the cooled cake.
