4 Background February 19, 2014 BCC approved a 5 year lease at SunTrust for Property Appraiser and Tax Collector Contained Tenant Improvement Allowance of $15/SF Used for new paint and carpet and minor office modifications Totals $739,605 ($15/SF X 49,307 SF) Unused portion can be applied to rent
