Isolate your top list of potential recruits (Brokers) or clients (Executives) Follow them on Twitter Be sure to “like” and comment on their “Tweets” throughout the week Be consistent and be yourself! Show your personality- soft sell Target them in your posts… Determine Your Target Audience

What does that key audience want to read? Great place for live feeds – Local real estate events – Community events – National conferences and conventions – Realty Executives events What to post?

Photos (via instagram, Facebook or Twitpic) Brief status updates (no longer than a sentence or two) Professional but still fun! Use your own voice- humor is always welcome in this platform Be sure to keep personal opinions from ruining your company’s reputation (back to having one social media manager- cant’ stress this enough) What to post?

Politically correct Customer service – Keep an eye out for #realtyexecutivesyour office Can be a format for complaints – Turn it around, make it a positive – Delete negative comments OR even better, comment back with a kind note from “customer service” or “management” – Executives- watch out for the use of your name – Broker/Owners- follow all your Executives Be advised

Share links from news sources Host educational events and do a live twitter feed for key recruits/clients that couldn’t attend Ask a poignant real estate question and give a prize to the first person that answers correctly Be a resource!
