Proposal Part 3: Restructure Quota International Board of Directors 14 Transition of Officers – 2012-2014 2012-2013 president & president-elect serve TWO years (2012-2014) 2012-2013 treasurer serves ONE year; treasurer function incorporated in president-elect position in 2013-2014 year 2011-2013 area directors (East, Central, South Pacific) serve one extra year (2013-2014) 2012-2014 area directors (Canada, South, West) serve normal 2-year term
