9. What does it mean? 1Peter 5:5-7 5 Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. Submission means to recognize and voluntarily accept the leadership of the elders, equipping staff, and small group leaders in my church. Submission does not diminish my personhood or negate the value of healthy conflict resolution.
