7.  Career Crossroads send the affiliate application form ( attached in the next slide) to the interested affiliates  Discussion on the program between Career Crossroads and the affiliate. Requirement sharing  Based on the profile of the affiliate (expertise, location, etc.), Career Crossroads will share requirements with the affiliate  These requirements will become visible on the “dashboard” in our affiliate management system – along with the terms for each requirement  Affiliate can then accept to work on the requirement for the terms outlined for the requirement  Upon acceptance, affiliate will be given detailed information for the requirement – enable the affiliate to better source the candidate  Affiliate can then upload resumes for the accepted requirements on the affiliate management system  All information regarding the progress of the candidates, status of the requisitions, number of vendors for that requirement will be shared with the affiliate  Periodic review of the progress for each requirement will be ensured Process - Requirements A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures
