Vision All Hoosiers have the opportunity to live in safe, decent, affordable housing in economically stable communities. Mission HCDA helps build strong communities by providing financial resources and assistance to qualified partners throughout the State of Indiana in their development efforts. A primary focus of HCDA is providing a continuum of housing from shelters to homeownership for low to moderate income Hoosiers.
