Conclusion Presenile cataract patients had different characteristics from senile cataract patients. Presenile cataract patients had different characteristics from senile cataract patients. Men consisted of the majority of the presenile cataract patients. Men consisted of the majority of the presenile cataract patients. Anterior polar opacity was the most common type of lens opacity. Anterior polar opacity was the most common type of lens opacity. Cataracts with hypertension showed overall increase over 10 years. Cataracts with hypertension showed overall increase over 10 years.
