2. Review of Project Progress and Results This is an opportunity to check on the overall progress of the project(s) by examining the project action plan. Consider including answers to the following questions: – Is the project on track? If not, is this a trend that needs a strategic adjustment or a one-time occurrence? – Can this project be linked to other business initiatives? – Are the project results what were expected? 4. Review of Support Systems Equally important to the actual project progress, results, and energy performance, is to check to see how the related support systems are working. Key support systems include energy data tracking, controls (e.g., operational, purchasing, etc.), documentation, training, roles and responsibilities, and communication.
