2 Chinese describe basic optics
In the 1500’s the Chinese describe basic optics.

3 Pinhole camera The first pinhole camera was invented by alhazen in the 1500s A pinhole camera is a simple camera without a lens and with a single small aperture, a pinhole - a light-proof box with a small hole in one side.

4 Isaac Newton 1666 Sir Isaac Newton discovers that white light is composed of different colors

5 Silver Nitrate Johann Heinrich Schulze discovered that silver nitrate darkened when exposed to light. 11th May, 1727

6 First Panorama In 1794 the first panorama opens, the forerunner of the movie house, Robert Barker.

7 First Photograph In 1814 Joseph Niepce achieves first photographic image with camera obscura. But the image required 8 ours of sunlight and later faded away. The First Photograph, or more specifically, the earliest known surviving photograph made in a camera, was taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826 or 1827

8 Alexander Wolcott The first camera invented was made by Alexander Wolcott. His camera design was patented on May 8, 1840. Wolcott & Johnson have clamed to be the first to produce a life portrait..

11 Collodion process In 1851 the Collodion Process was invented.

Oliver Wendell Holmes invents first stereoscope viewer in 1861.

13 First movie ever made In 1889 or 1890, Dickson filmed his first experimental Kinescope trial film, Monkeyshines No. 1, the only surviving film from the cylinder kinescope, and apparently the first motion picture ever produced on photographic film in the United States

In the 20th century video production equipment was made . Equipment was once only accessible by professionals working in the TV industry.
