QUESTIONS TO ASK Will the program operate as a club or a class? How often will you meet with your students? Will the broadcast be "live" or "live-to-tape"? “live-to-tape” is an expression in TV production that means it is done in a live manner but recorded for playback later. If you make minor mistakes, you keep going, just like you would if you were live. How often will the broadcast "go to air"? Who is the intended audience? What roles will the students be responsible for? What type of stories will the students write? Will you need a room or space to set up your studio? Where will you host your finished products?
