19”, 1U Standard, Standalone or rack mountable. 8 or 16 E1 ports for user selection. E1 PCM31 or PCM30 64Kbps transparent cross connects. System clock from internal oscillator or recovered from any E1. Balanced E1 (120ohm) or unbalanced E1 (75ohm). Complies with all ITU-T specifications. Provides terminal port or user friendly NMP interface. Configuration by terminal port NMP Supported

E1 Solution Rack Type ERM-MUX
Central Multiplexer Solution in a Standard 19“ Rack. Up to 10 I/O cards may be installed. High density & compact design in a 4U high rack. Hot Swappable cards and shared power supplies. The configuration of timeslot#0 may be supported by E1A/E1B. E1 local loop-back and remote loop-back. E1 modes: Dual E1, Sub-E1 and Master/Slave mode. In Master/Slave mode, E1 operates in main or backup mode, with automatic switchover in case of failure. Standard console port allows terminal to setup and monitor operation locally. WindowsTM based NMP management over the E1 link (one timeslot) to retrieve remote alarm, for remote configuration, and remote status. Software included. No extra hardware required (Ethernet or serial).

Hot Swappable cards and shared power supplies. 8xE1 per line card. Standard console port allows terminal to setup and monitor operation locally. Optional SNMP network management system card. LED Line status and alarm display on each card. Optional Power Source, AC or DC power supplies. Complies with ITU-T G.703, G.704, G.706, G.732, and G.823.
