Working to see if some activity time can be included with the lunch break.
Key to this is supervision and scheduling of PE classes.

9. Student Dining Area Food Court daily options:
A variety of hot choices.
Salad Bar - variety of salads and fruits
Notice Student Dining versus Student Cafeteria.
Idea is to set the tone for behavior in the dining area.

10. CBIS Clinic Medicine Care Plan Forms Special Medical Considerations
Students are NOT allowed to carry medication on them to school unless proper documentation has been filled out with the school nurse.
Care Plan Forms
If your student is diagnosed with seizures, bee stings/food allergies, diabetes, or asthma, there are care plan forms in the clinic. Please see the school nurse.
Special Medical Considerations
If your student needs to carry a water bottle or have unlimited restroom privileges, the clinic needs to have the doctor’s orders on file for those special considerations.

11. Lockers Students will be assigned their own locker.
Students may not share lockers.
Combinations are confidential.
Lockers are a privilege- treat them with care.
Combination locks – start practicing !

12. Transportation
Students ride the bus with elementary students in the morning. After school, all students ride a transfer bus to the middle school. If the transfer bus is not their home bus, they will switch at the middle school.
All changes in bus transportations will need to go through the transportation department which they will then notify the CBIS office to create a bus pass for the student.

Wed. July 30 – CBIS will be open for 5th & 6th graders to pick up schedules
Office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Pay book rental
