7 Depot Day Safety First – No tagalongs! TCMs will need their T1 Cookie Passport to be able to pick up cookies at Depot Sort and count your cookies before loading car or signing documents Date and time of Depot will be confirmed with GSCM about 1 week before delivery Be flexible

8 Cookie Dash Place preorder for cookies by 10/7 Pick up order at Depot Day Sell your initial order and replenish at a cupboard by 11/6 Winners receive Special Booth Sale Pack

9 Cookie Cupboard Procedures Open from 10/30 to 12/7 Locations listed on roster, sent via email * Reserve cookies via SNAP planned order - CASES ONLY *Cupboard Managers send confirmation * Verify location of cupboard * Arrive at assigned time * Bring signed T1, T12 if necessary *No returns!

10 Troop to Troop Troops can swap cookies one for one, no paperwork is needed. Troops can transfer their cookies out of inventory to another troop. *T4 form is filled out * Entered into SNAP in a timely manner Single Boxes are OK

11 Booth Sales Sites are secured by trained and appointed SU Booth Sale Coordinator not TCM Service Unit Booth selection or lottery is held to assign booths Additional Booth Locations in SNAP

13 Tips for Success Make frequent deposits Use SNAP to ensure correct ACH amounts to avoid overdrafts Frequently review the status of the cookie order during the sale TCMs are financially responsible for all cookies in the troops possession Report delinquencies to the Troop Leader and Service Unit Cookie Manager

15 New Recognition Choices for Girls All troops need to submit a Recognition order in SNAP by December 7 th Girls will have the choice of 2 items at each level OR $5 Adventure Bucks* may be chosen and can ‘purchase’ Camp discounts, travel opportunities and fun stuff * Girls that opt out are not eligible for Adventure Bucks

16 Recognition for Girls Juniors and older may opt out of Recognitions but still receive patches Profit levels are determined by total troop sales TCMs to regularly update sales data to empower girls in reaching their goals Final Recognition report submitted by December 7 Additional Cookie patches available at the store for purchase
