CHAPTER 1 SUMMER TRANSITION Communication – who will my student call? Money – how will my student receive funds? Laundry - who will wash those clothes? Safety - will my student be safe?

CHAPTER 6 BEST PRACTICES Always give your student notice before you visit campus. Always end every conversation with “Go to Class”. Always ask open-ended questions. Always remember the phrase, “How are you going to handle that?”
