Provide more YMC activities & content Example Rio meeting:  April 7: YMC corner at Welcome Reception  April 8: YMC workshop “Marking your territory: How to succeed in your organization when you are young and driven”  April 9: YMC informal dinner (partly sponsored by YMC budget)  April 10: YMC Executive Forum with Diana de Mello Jungmann, Coordinator of the Brazilian IP Programme for Industrial Innovation, National Confederation of Industry  April 10: President’s cocktail with YMC members  April 10: YMC tables at Gala dinner 8

Push & support national chapters to have YMC activities  Request letter to national presidents sent out on February 15  National YMCs already exist in France and Austria  YMC liaisons already exist with France, Austria, Taiwan, Italy, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Philippines, Japan, Belgium, Britain & Ireland  YMC chair attends national meetings if time allows, and promotes LESI YMC 9

10. Install LESI YMC mentoring program  Idea: make senior LESI persons and YMC persons connect; involve YMC persons early on in “senior” affairs  Draft guidelines & application forms finalized  Identification of mentors and mentees at Rio meeting 10
