How could we use our knowledge of local business and industry to help our learners?

Mentors can provide a valuable exchange of ideas, coaching to levels of excellence, support and encouragement to persevere. The mentoring relationship need not only be with an adult mentor, older pupils can mentor younger pupils very effectively.’ (Curriculum of Opportunity 2003)
