Wisconsin The main idea of my project is dairy farms in Wisconsin and the comparisons and differences between Wisconsin and Florida.
4
Wisconsin compared and contrasted to Florida One thing that is different between Wisconsin and Florida is that their state birds are different, for instance Florida’s state bird is the Mockingbird and Wisconsin’s state bird is the Robin. One thing that is the same about Wisconsin and Florida is that they both have a lot of history.
5
Turning Milk in to Cheese Turning Milk in to Cheese The effect of heating milk at about 150 degrees fahrenheit and than letting it cool at about 70 degrees fahrenheit equals cheese.

How Milk Gets from the Cow to the store First the farmer milks the cow in the early morning and then again in the afternoon. Second the farmer stores the milk in either a silo or milk storage vats at 39 degrees fahrenheit or less. Third milk is collected every 24 to 48 hours, it is than driven in a tanker with a stainless steel body to the processing factory. Fourth samples of bulk milk are than taken from the tanker and tested for antibiotics and temperature before the milk moves on to the processing environment. Fifth once the whole milk is approved for use it is placed in a silo for storage where it than converts to pasteurization, homogenization, separation. Sixth the milk than travels through tubes to the automatic packaging machine. The end result is that after packaging the milk is prepared to go to the customer.
