EAA Membership Ron Freund - Chairman EAA, Current Events Publications Immediately after release of WKtEC (Who Killed the Electric Car) In April 2006 EAA saw membership raise sharply to 2000 Membership began tapering off in about 2009. By 2011 our fade was becoming apparent. EAA rose from 1,100 to 1360 last year new membership numbers up in past three months, which signifies our efforts to reach new eyeballs are paying off.
