Step 19: Send Approved Planning Documents to Minister of SNSMR Step 20: Minister Review Step 21: Notification that Planning Documents Accepted Place Notice in the Paper To Inform Public that the Plan is now in Effect

Community Planning Group Commitment Regular attendance at Bi-weekly meetings May increase to weekly meetings around public events Review of high volume of background information and plans Prepare communications strategy for public events and oversee public input Attendance at Public Events Review of Public Comments and Responsiveness to Public Feedback Presentation of proposals to Committees of Council and Regional Council (May rely on Chair)
