In Spanish, there are two kinds of articles. Definite Articles Indefinite Articles *Don’t worry about what they are called… just make sure you know how to use ARTICLES correclty!

In Spanish, the ARTICLE of nouns will either be: El Or La = “the”

When making a noun plural, you must also make the article plural. To do this change: El los La las

El caballo = the horse Los caballos = the horses La escuela = the school Las escuelas = the schools
