15 What is Drug Paraphernalia? The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration defines DP as any product that is made for creating, using, or hiding illegal drugs.

16 Things to Consider: - Are bongs really used for tobacco? - Why are scales placed beside glass pipes and bongs in stores? - A survey of 179 people on www.marijuana.com revealed that a startling 90% of marijuana smokers use specifically glass pipes, as opposed to wood or metal pipes.

20 Our Goal Pass an ordinance banning drug paraphernalia sales in stores that minors can enter in Clark County.
