[one place, location and site] Snapshot of the institution - data Programme information Accreditation history (who accredits you, when and history) Contact information (with names and titles) (including who to phone for complaints)

Some thoughts on demonstrating quality – 5 Staff qualifications/credentials What a programme will enable a student to do What is in place to support student learning Clear overview of (all) costs to students Pass rates … Staff to student ratios (disaggregated). Do we need a discussion on what information HEIs should disclose?
