2. Leaders Guide and Coordinate
-Inform Leadership Team of Academic Excellence Framework at Leadership Retreat
-Selected Leadership Team Member Educates Staff of AEF
-Academy Leaders discuss Academic Excellence Framework during initial Academy Meetings and how they will embed the framework in their daily work

3. Teachers Plan and Instruct
Teachers will use the AEF to guide instruction
Teachers will develop innovative ways to teach the framework to students
Teachers will create Academy and Class Goals
Phase 3

4. Students Acquire and Own
Students will create SMART Goals for the year
Students will create 3 SMART Goals for Q1, Q2 and Q3
Students will revisit goals each quarter to assess areas of growth and areas in need of improvement

5. Parents Partner and Choose
Teachers will contact parents during in-service to welcome them to Imagine Hope Tolson
Data meetings will be held each quarter after each benchmark Assessment
Staff will continue to form strong, cohesive relationships with parents

6. Governing Boards Inform and Engage
Inform Board members of the Academic Excellence Framework through the Principal’s Report
