7 Nonverbal Language Body Language -Facial Expressions -Eye Contact -Gestures -Posture -Movement -Proxemics Verbal and Nonverbal -Paralanguage By changing and controlling your nonverbal language you can dramatically change the meaning of the verbal message.

8 All communication begin with you, the “onion”, that consists of many layers. “You define yourself and through your actions you will yourself to fit that definition” Everything you choose to do – and say – and the way that you do it sends messages to others of who you are, what you believe, and what you are comfortable with. Communication, in any form, speaks to others!
