3 2011 Key Accomplishments 3 buildings painted/repaired (9-12 Rosewood; 5-8 & 9-12 Lilac) 64 decks stained/sealed (Birchwood, Lilac, Rosewood, Turnbridge) Established 3-year snow plowing contract with Rosado and Sons, Inc. New mailboxes (Rosewood, Weybridge) New garage door on STP garage Draft of updated rules & responsibilities distributed Ongoing building repairs

4 Landscaping 2011 Review Rosado & Sons, Inc. second season; first year of 3-year contract Loaming and seeding under groves on Indian Brook Road Upbranching to improve appearance and “walkability” Pruning or removal of shrubs and branches at light posts and poles to improve lighting and protect investment

5 Landscaping 2011 Review Flower budget shift from annuals to perennials and ornamental grasses Hostas moved from downed trees to new locations at no charge Bartlett Tree Experts major tree work Removal of hazardous trees at perimeter Free sample pruning (20’) of a large white pine on Turnbridge Tropical Storm Irene (Aug.); snowstorm (Oct.); removal of magnolias infested with magnolia scale (most too close to buildings)

9 Status of STP Upgrade MA DEP mandate to tighten nitrogen limits Granted extension to complete work until 2016 (originally 2012) On-Site Engineering design complete Estimated cost: $120,000 Fully funded in 2011

10 Roof Replacements Final payout received from insurance claim 2011 activity No roofs replaced Review of 7 roofs replaced in 2010; results showed additional work required; work to be scheduled Additional estimates obtained from new vendors Specs approved end of Oct. Start with 1-4 & 9-12 Lilac Evaluate quality 2012 plans
