Russia in WTO – what we expect Better conditions for investment More transparent public procurement (no price preference for domestic companies) Removal of non-tarrif barriers (technical regulation, additional qualification criteria and conformity assessment processes, customs procedures, licences for contruction projects, safe disposal of old cars – fees etc.) Improvement of the VAT refunds Removal of dual pricing of energy Better access to raw materials (removal of export duties on raw materials) Dispute settlement according to WTO rules
