Lessons Learned 6 Implementing a provincial program requires: Philosophy of evidence-based care. Multidisciplinary collaboration of experts. Sub-working groups to manage large work volume. An effective Secretariat. Regular integration of feedback from front-line workers.

Lessons Learned 7 Implementing a provincial program requires: Early engagement with consistent Ministry representative who understands the history & rational of decisions. Province-wide participation on working groups. Effective internal communication. Flexibility.
