2 Elder Place area Graffiti and criminal damage “poor streetscape layout and maintenance helps to encourage a range of antisocial behaviour and criminal activities to take place” London Road Local Action Team The buildings in Elder Place are covered in tagging, street art, stickers, and stencilling. Some of this is criminal damage and some is commissioned artwork.
