Installers Accounts Installer accounts can be created at the Dealer level –e.g. A site that is activated by Installer 1 will be in Dealer A’s account automatically –Only Dealer A can access the sites activated by Installer 1, 2 or 3 Sites Installers Dealer Dealer AInstaller 1 Site ID 006035030012 (User A1) Site ID 006035036812 (User A2) Installer 2 Site ID 006035031129 (User A3) Installer 3 Site ID 006035020098 (User A4)

Tabbed Interface Tab interface allows searching of End Users and/or their site

Administration Under the ‘Admin’ tab, you have the ability to Search or Add Dealer Portal administration users Select the ‘Installers’ sub menu tab to Search or Add Installer administrators (for installation and activation of sites)

Account Status –Allows you to lock out or inactivate an Admin/Installer user Access Role –Defines the permission level of the Admin/Installer user History –Review all logged history of the Admin/Installer user Change Username –Change login username of the Admin/Installer user Reset Password –Sends email to the Admin/Installer user with link to reset their password

Find User or Site Using the Dashboard, find a site or user

Dashboard Selecting the ‘Username’ will take you to ‘Users’ tab information Selecting the ‘Site ID’ will take you to ‘Sites’ tab Information Selecting the ‘View’ button will take you to ‘Dashboard’ overview

Dashboard Action Buttons Reset Password –Use it when the end user forgot the password Sync Now –Force the HUB to communicate with the server immediately Reboot Gateway –Reboot the HUB device Run Diagnostics –Run the diagnostics tool and check the system health (refer to ‘Diagnostics’ section further down) Open Portal as Site Owner –Login to the customer’s web portal as an admin

User Action Buttons Account Status –Allows you to lock out or inactivate a User History –Review all logged history of user Change Username –Change login username Reset Password –Sends email to User with link to reset their password Accessible Sites –Indicates the Sites the user has access to. Selecting the site will bring up the Site Information page.

Site Information Service Packages DNIS and Account Code Panel Version Site Options

Site Information DNIS and Account Code –Search fields; recommend using DNIS/Account Code to aid in site searching through the ‘Dashboard’ Panel Version –Indicates panel and module type and versions Service Packages –Configures the account Billing Package used and the firmware Upgrade Group

Site Information Site Options –Run the diagnostics tool (refer to ‘Diagnostics’ section further down) –Open Portal as Site Owner Allows you to login to End User portal and see their information (except recorded or live video) –Set Owner Change owner of the site Note: Site Owner is the only one who can create/edit Alerts or add additional Users

Site Status

Site Status Options Active –A site is in active running status Install –A site is in install mode, installer can login to this site using an installer impersonate user login Suspended –Blocks logins to the site/account. The HUB periodically checks to see if the status has been reactivated. When you change the status back to Active, the HUB will become active automatically Terminated –A site/account has been terminated. The HUB does not check its status unless it is rebooted.

Diagnostics

Running Diagnostics will automatically scan all technologies and indicate any concerns/errors

Diagnostics ‘Wi-Fi ‘will indicate all wireless networks within range of the HUB Note it may recommend the HUB be changed to a different channel

Diagnostics ‘IP Devices’ will indicate the signal strength of cameras and touchscreens

Diagnostics ‘Relearn Mesh’ will reset the entire network and recreate a new ‘Mesh’ ‘Rescan Z-Wave’ will check status of all connected devices ‘Z-Wave’ will display the Mesh Network topology
