OSHA defines PPE as the “equipment for the eyes, face, head and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, protective shields and barriers”.

PPE should be worn properly per manufacturers recommendation PPE is equipment used to ensure the best possible protection Proper maintenance and cleanliness is required of all PPE Damaged or cracked PPE should be replaced immediately
