3 3 Hosting a visiting team to Féile 2015 Clubs hosts teams with panels of 24 players Additional mentors 4* Plan for 30 beds Recommended two guests minimum per house 15 houses + standby

4 4 Hosting Friday until Sunday Féile 2015 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  Bed for each guest  Fri: Lunch/Evening meal/ - check Club arrangements  Sat:Breakfast, Lunch*/Dinner/Entertainment  Sun: Breakfast/Mass/Finals/Check requirements ***** Transport, Pack Lunches, Laundry, Showers

5 5 Choosing a Host Family  Set your target of beds required  Issue a request to Club parents for hosting  Target parents of U14s first – choose carefully  Indicate what is required  Respond to all replies (Yes/No)  Issue all households with vetting form  Every person > 18 yrs. of age to be vetted  If vetted before you need NOT be vetted again  GAA, LGFA, Camogie Vetting is transferable  Croke Park to issue acceptance letter to families  List available only to Féile coordinator  Do not send guests to unvetted households

6 6 Family Responsibilities  Your guests are part of the family  Names (age) known in advance  Emergency -Have name & mobile of your Club coordinator -Have name & mobile of visiting team manger -Have home contact number for each guest  Health or dietary issues known in advance  Check the timetable  Check on Saturday re Sunday arrangements  If anything goes wrong inform your Club Coordinator… visiting Manager  If there is an accident keep a record

7 7 RESPECT and Sideline Behaviour  Respect Posters displayed in all dressing rooms  Teams and officials shake hands in centre of pitch before every game  Try and create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere  Meeting of all mentors before any game commences  Rope around pitch if no perimeter wall  All mentors must wear RESPECT bib  Vigilance for unacceptable language and adherence to rules
