33 Proposed Outline of Symphony Reports 1. Library Staff Will Use Reports Template Folder 2. Use of reports from 9AM – 6PM (Symphony restart at 9:55PM, ends running reports) 3. No reports can be scheduled outside of this range without SWAN staff consultation 4. Reports running over 20 minutes might be cancelled centrally by SWAN staff 5. More staff training will be provided 6. Developing customized reports for statistics is underway, conversations started
