Jamaica, Colombia and Saint Lucia 2 Jamaica (59.3%), Colombia (53.1%) and Saint Lucia (52.3%) vs USA (42.7%) and France (39.4%) and Algeria (2.1%) Nearly 1/3 of all businesses around the world owned or managed by women BUT only 2% break $1 million in revenue. There are only 3 countries in the world were your boss is more likely to be woman.
