There are only 3 countries in the world were your boss is more likely to be woman. Are men and women currently treated with equality? If not, what can we do to change it ? What is your opinion on Feminist Movement and women militating for their rights ? Do you know some ? You could discuss about women empowerment and equality at work, in politics, society, the impact of it in their personal life and relationships with men etc. 8
