4 Huntington Standard Model Franchise : Standard Model Franchise The total investment necessary to open a Huntington Learning Center starts at approximately $121,000. The total investment includes: Franchise fee is $14,500 Royalty 9.5% Ad Fund fee 2% Financial requirements: Net worth $150,000 Liquid assets $50,000 *Expanded franchise package still available for a total investment of $192,950 - $437,750 with an 8% royalty. Low start- up cost!

5 Huntington Standard Model Franchise : Facilities: 1200-1400 sq ft. of retail space First floor, walk in Close to one anchor tenant, such as a major supermarket High traffic or high visibility area Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 8:30pm; Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm Staffing: Center Director, typically the franchise owner Assistant Director or Office Manager Part–Time Teachers
