How to Register2 : 1.As of December 1st, 2009, any international citizen who registers as a student or recommends a friend to register for a course at the Mandarin Learning Center(MLC) of Chinese Culture University shall be entitled to enroll in all 10 sessions of the free seminars. 2.You shall obtain a “Cultural Learning Card” from MLC when you register.
