Management Accounting involves the study of the systems, procedures, and policies used by top management in making decisions about virtually all matters which affect the financial and non-financial performance of the entity. The practice of Management Accounting extends to the following areas: strategic management, performance management, and risk management.

BSBA MA graduates are also qualified to take certification examinations which are recognized internationally and can become Certified Bookkeepers, Registered Cost Accountants, and Certified Accounting Technicians. BSMA graduates are out for a wide selection of job opportunities which are of increased demand both locally and internationally
