19 Conclusions Scientific expertise in geomorphology, sedimentary, hydrography, land hydrology, meteorology will make for each small harbors of the Russian part of the Vistula Lagoon. Construction and operation of the port will lead to major changes in natural conditions, the Vistula Lagoon.
