Other Strategies Europe 2020 Strategy; - reducing school drop-outs rates below 10%, and - reaching at least 40% of 30 – 34 years olds with third level education. ET 2020 with its 4 strategic objectives - making lifelong learning and mobility a reality, - improving the quality and efficiency of education and training, - promoting equality, social cohesion and active citizenship, - enhancing creativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship, at all levels of education and training.

Other strategies European cooperation in the Youth field ; - creation of more and equal opportunities in education and the labour market, - promotion of active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity. 8 fields of actions; - education and training, - employment and entrepreneurship, - health and well-being, - participation, - voluntary activities, - social inclusion, - youth and the world, - creativity and culture.

Today 4 flagship projects - Baltic University Programme Network of 225 universities with focus on sustainable development. Financed by membership fees and own finance by the universities. - Quick IGA Innovation, Gender and Age, transfer of best practice on women and elderly access to the labour market. Financed by INTERREG IVB Baltic Sea Programme. 13 partners. - Baltic Training Programme Internationalisation of vocational education and training including supporting entrepreneurship. A cluster of three INTERREG IV A projects and one Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation. - Baltic Sea Labour Forum A network with 27 labour market organisations. At present supported by CBSS.

And soon hopefully more flagship projects - S2W combating yearly school leavers - Baltic Sea Youth Forum - Ready to research - Introducing dual education within VET - International EU Project Manager - Increased labour mobility (together with BSLF) - a service function supporting labour mobility, - summer job programme. - summer job programme.
