4 Basic rule for authorities Dismiss ANY application for a disposition if the application contains data supplied by non-licensed persons or organisations

5 Carry out formally defined critical activities: while licensed ONLY by persons mentioned on the license ONLY according to relevant (privately maintained) instructions ONLY BASIC RULES FOR CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS
