Introverts reserved, “shy” intrinsically motivated prefer to work in isolation or one- on-one like to plan, prepare, revise, and collect their thoughts Extroverts outgoing, assertive motivated by activity, others, and outside world enjoy a good group think or discussion think on their feet, think out loud, and act quickly on their ideas.

In this TED Talk, Susan Cain gets us thinking about our thinking. The Talk will get us to recognize the strengths of our coworkers and respect each other’s work spaces. As viewers we’ll learn how the workplace benefits when we celebrate and accommodate different work styles.
