Downloading Most job adverts or education courses will require that you download and edit a Word document as part of the application process.

Saving It is important that if you are using a shared computer such as those in libraries or a classroom that you save your files in a secure place like a flash drive.

Editing Software for computers can be expensive, programmes such as the latest version of Microsoft Office can cost between €100 - €400, this can be quite a high price if you are living on a budget or do not need to use it every day. Fortunately there are FREE alternatives

Email Email is one of the most useful applications of the internet. It is the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to keep in touch.
