3. 2 Watch the extract and try to guess what problem Charles is facing and how he will solve it.

4. 3 You will watch Charles’s speech as first man at the wedding. Can you predict what his wedding will look like?

5. 4 Now you will see four scenes in which Charles meets an American girl called Carrie. After watching these extracts, could you try to describe their next meeting?

6. 5 Before you watch the next extract, could you try to think of some sentences used during the wedding ceremony in the church?

7. 6 Watch the ceremony of the second wedding compare your predictions with what you saw in the extract in pairs. and then

8. 7 Could you make up a possible dialogue between them and act it out in pairs. Now Charles and Carrie will meet again.
