2 2 Pathways to Employment Strategic Plan Many people with disabilities don’t know is an option Paradigm shift is occurring - “You Can Work” An infrastructure change is needed to: – Meet projected growth – Support providers in implementing the change – Ensure clear, consistent messaging about work across the system
