4 l Using Volunteers, students, supplemented by contractor and IT staff, coordinated through RAB project planning l Active group that conferences weekly l Open to interested volunteers who may wish to contribute or to expand offerings l Schedule l Pilot started on meeting management l Pilots beginning on elections l Financial management in design, development to begin soon. l Web site pilots ~ 1Q-2008 Mission Provide a suite of web-based tools and utilities to assist IEEE volunteers in efficiently administering their IEEE operations l Meeting management l OU elections l Financial management and other reporting requirements l Leadership updates to rosters l Web site maintenance l Direct integration with myIEEE
