5. RCVS is the lead infrastructure support body supporting voluntary and community organisations in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Our main role is to strengthen voluntary and community organisations in the borough by offering a range of services and support to organisations so that they, in turn, can deliver improved services to our local community.
